London Fare Update May 2021
Why have the prices been updated?
We are committed to maintaining uncompromising standards to provide you with the best service, which means delivering superior vehicles, impeccable chauffeurs, and guaranteed availability. This update ensures we can guarantee chauffeur-driven journeys are available for you when you need them most.
How are the prices changing?
We now charge less per mile and more per minute. Longer distances will now offer better value whilst city journeys will increase by approximately 13%. To see the full breakdown of fees, including base fare, per minute, and per mile, visit our cities and fares page.
Are airport transfers included?
The update includes a change to our airport transfers. There will be an additional charge of £5 in Business class, £5-10 in First, and £15-25 in XL classes.
I travel long distances, how does this affect my journeys from outside London?
Due to the revised time and distance fare calculation, we are pleased that we can now offer better value for your longer journeys over approximately 20 miles. To see the full breakdown of fees, including base fare, per minute, and per mile, visit our cities and fares page.
When will the price update take place?
All journeys from 00:01 17th May 2021 will be charged against the updated fares.
I pre-booked my journey before the price changed. How will my journey be affected?
The new pricing will automatically be overridden in the system. However, we’re happy to compensate you for the difference. Please just contact us once the journey has been completed.
