Before reserving a pre-booking, please ensure that you read the comments left by the passenger.
If a passenger has requested a preferred chauffeur in their comments, please do not reserve the pre-booking, as it will be assigned to the preferred driver.
Should you reserve the pre-booking in this instance, any diamonds spent to reserve this booking will not be refunded.
