What are Earning Guarantees?
From time to time we run guaranteed earning tests: some randomly chosen Chauffeurs will be guaranteed to receive a minimum per hour (£16 in Business) if the following conditions are fulfilled:

Complete at least 8 journeys this week

Are “busy” at least 40% of the time spent online
There is no obligation to stay a minimum or a maximum of hours online during the week.
What does being “busy” mean?
Your “busy” time represents the duration between the time of acceptance and the end of the journey. It is updated on the app every 24 hours.
What is a guarantee?

If you meet the conditions, we guarantee you a minimum per hour. This means that if you earn less than this guaranteed minimum per hour, we will pay you the difference.

This guaranteed minimum per hour is not charged a commission.

Please note that you will not be eligible for daily bonuses during the duration of the offer.

This is guaranteed minimum earnings per hour. So you’re not capped at that income if you do more journeys.
