Guaranteed Minimum Fare in the Morning
We received some excellent feedback last week from you expressing your appreciation for the increased minimum fare. In line with this, we will be testing a minimum fare incentive this week.
The Details
From 6am-10am, Monday — Friday the minimum fare for all Business journeys will be £35. The minimum fare for First and XL journeys will be £45.
Do all journeys count?
All completed journeys will be eligible for the minimum fare.
Cancellations and no-shows are not eligible.
Why can’t I see the minimum fare on the journey screen?
The minimum fare will be applied at the end of the week, and you will receive this in the form of an incentive in your weekly earnings the following Monday.
